February Program – Living the African Dream, with Alison Mees
Alison Mees is a self-described, keen wildlife photographer, who has been living and working in Africa for 16 years. She reluctantly returned to her home in the United Kingdom in March of 2020 only due to the pandemic. She has agreed to take us on a photographic trip to Africa.
I asked her to describe her presentation and she replied:
“My talk – Living the African Dream is a photographic journey covering my time living and working in Africa. There will be lots of photographs of wildlife, conservation, stories from the bush and learning about the local Maasai community. The presentation will take approximately 1.5 hours plus there will be plenty of time for questions.
This presentation will be a Zoom only meeting on February 14th beginning at 6:00 pm. Details on how to connect to the Zoom meeting will follow.
